Qualify every incoming pack for stationary storage without the bottleneck of cycler-based testing. Used EV batteries are repurposed into microgrids, utilities, and datacenters, but each module within the pack must be screened for capacity and state of health before redeployment. AccelaGrade Module combines capacity and internal resistance testing into a single 30-minute workflow, replacing a process that previously took hours per module.
Qualify every incoming module before it goes into a pack. A single defective cell, whether from lithium loss, malformed separators, or electrode passivation, can impair an entire module.
